My positive terminal assembly on my 2012 Xterra was completely corroded so I couldn’t re-use the main terminal nut. Assembly does NOT come with hardware. Since I noticed this prior to ordering I purchased a terminal with the M8 hex nut. Upon installation I noticed the accessory terminals were of the same size unlike my OEM part.

I clipped the positive cable since I was unable to to remove the M8 hex nut, crimped on a copper terminal and assembled. All good, just be advised. Perfect fit for my 2011 Nissan Armada. Saved a ton of money fixing ourself and no more worries about not starting due to connection issues from corroded connection.
Why does my Nissan altma keep blowing the fuse?
A friend of mine has a 2006 Nissan Altma. The fuse that connects to the battery terminal keeps blowing..she will replace it..then after 100 miles or so it will blow again. Can anybody tell me what could be causing this?
