Why is the boot not opening on my Passat?
the pollen filter seals die and water gets in frying the control module underneath the seat. I’ve tried opening using the key. It will unlock the other doors and open the windows which suggests it is still connected to the central locking. But there is no resistance to the catch under the boot lid.
