Dangerous performance on 2010 Nissan Altima. After driving over 2 hours at highway speed, I had to stop for traffic. I tried to accelerate following the stop and the car would not accelerate. I had to depress the accelerator almost to the floor and then it moved gradually and then quickly picked up speed.
