Why do I not get brake pressure after replacing the brake?
Assuming you have the connections tight enough to not allow air in, I replaced the brake line on my DR650 with a ss line and had the same problem. It isn’t the line, just the amount of fluid brought into the lines for each compression cycle. If you can get a vacuum brake line bleeder, it would save a lot of time. Remove ads, support ADV.

(If the clog is on the master cylinder side of the orifice fitting, it prevents pressurized brake fluid from operating the brakes. If the clog is on the wheel cylinder side of the orifice fitting, it creates problems when the brakes try to release because it prevents the flow of brake fluid back to the master cylinder reservoir).
Why does my weestrom front brake not build pressure?
I’ve rebuilt brakes on my WeeStrom, old Triumphs (autos), so have a clue, but this one’s got me stumped. It’s as if the system is sucking air in somewhere, but it isn’t leaking fluid anywhere except bleed valve. I just tighten everything up and keep on pumping till I get all the air out.
