I too am disappointed to learn that Glade Sense and Spray refills are no longer available. It’s great for large rooms and has an extra boost button which allows you to spray at any time. We think you’ll love this product just as much as we do!
Why is my freshmatic flashing red?
The issue is that the sensor is not detecting the tip as an original air wick canister. I found that if you pull the tip off, and reinsert it lightly (so it stays as tall as possible in the freshmatic) it will be able to be detectable and it will start working again.
