The island is reached by walking out at low tide from the slipway at Castle beach, Tenby. A Facebook page tells you the opening hours.

St Catherines Island opens when the tide is out and the winds are reasonable, the rain is not blowing horizontally and there are visitors in Tenby. We try to open most of the year but our opening times are subject to all the above plus daylight.
