Last edit: by KZJOE900. The 81 CSR 1000 is a KZ1000-M1. There was also an M2. Most CSRs had wire spoked wheels. CSR models are similar to Ltds in that they have extra chrome & 16″ Rr wheel with a fat rear tire. Value-wise I don’t think there’s anything special about the 1000-CSR, except that it is a KZ1000.

What does SR stand for on a CSR 1000?
According to some, the SR stands for Street Roadster and the the CSR stands for Custom Street Roadster. Sounds good to me but it’s definitely not gospel. I have also been trying to find out what LTD means.
