Same issue here, 2015 DCT rubicon does it since brand new, bought in the spring 2016. I’m going to send it to the dealer this fall. The noise you guys are hearing when slowing down with the back brake is normal…. Nothing wrong…. It is simply slack in the gears that occurs when the rear wheels slow down faster than the front wheels…
Why does my Honda Foreman Rubicon make clicking noise?
I have a 2016 Honda Foreman Rubicon Deluxe eps, and it too has the clicking noise from the front end when I apply the front brakes every time even on flat ground. It didn’t do it at first, but I did some aggressive driving at an ATV Park and the next time I road it had the issue.

Try using the front brake and see what happens. People all across the country are having problems with the newly redesigned Rubicons. 4wd issues, shifting problems and front diif problems. Unfortunately I have all of the issues I mentioned.
