Why does my zr600 snowmobile bog out?
My sled is a 2001 zr600 EFI. I’ve been have a similar problem. Once I hit about 50 or 60 mph my sled bogs down and will not allow me to go any faster. Out of the pocket my sled runs fine, however if I squeeze the throttle all the way it will bog out at about 40 mph. I disconected the throttle switch and this problem continued. Any advice?

Arctic cat 500 dies when you give it gas but idles fine! It idles fine but chokes out as soon as you give it gas….no matter how slow or fast you try to engage the throttle. I have removed and cleaned all parts and jets in the carb (twice) and put it back together using the online diagram.

Why does my zr600 EFI Bogg so much?
After I had the h20 removed from the lines it seemed fine but that was only a 30 minute ride – since then it has got much worse and seems to bogg more and more each time I take it out. I am now going to disconnect that damn throttle safety switch and hopefully that will be the end of this problem !!!

My 96 AC 600 zrt was bogging down and running like shyte one year. After getting into I found the novice mechanic had tuned it as if it was a polaris. Synced the carbs and got the clutch side pulling and it was back to 90 on the straightaways. I’m no ace mechanic but I’m all I have these days and I’m having wiring issues.
