There may be a ground wire as well connected to the power steering pump. If you are having a hard time getting to that bolt, don’t bother taking that off until you have the power steering pump loose. Once the bolts that hold the power steering pump in place come loose, you can move the PS pump and loosen the ground bolt.

Make sure to not damage the small O ring when you pull out the line. Use a flat screwdriver to pull out the C shape locking ring on the back of the power steering reservoir. Make sure to not loose the rubber O ring. Don’t get it damaged or dirty. Remove the bolt on the front of the power steering reservoir.
