Well off to tear off the pan and check the oil filter, pressure regulator/tv boost/reverse boost valve and spring. By the way this has an upgraded .50 boost valve and pressure regulator spring. Hopefully that will take care of everything.

To install the TV cable I held the throttle wide open and pulled all the slack and movement out of the cable, then locked in the set screw.

There are some ideas. You can get to the pressure reg and boost vavle in the pump with the pan off. Its the valve in the pump on the drivers side, little larger that a nickle. Did you put the sun gear in the reaction drive shell? If you have fourth, it is in there.
