Looking back I would consider 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2004 models due to the transmission. If you look at a bike over 40k miles. Ask if they have greased the input shaft. If not, don’t buy the bike. There are plenty of low mileage R11’s out there at great prices. I like the front of the fairings of the R1150’s over the R1100.
