How long do H&R springs last?
There is no set time for how long they will last. It’s all up to the internal seals which could last 5-40k miles. The only thing you can do is to put them on and make it a habit to check them every once in a while.
How low do H&R springs go?
H&R Lift Springs have a mild lift of +1.0 to +1.5 inches, depending on application, for more ground clearance and a commanding view of the road.

How many miles do Lowering springs last?
It really does depend on a number of factors, like how low, how many miles on the shocks, road conditions, etc. OE Shocks with OE springs generally start losing damping around the 50k mile mark. With lowering springs, you accelerate the wear on the shocks, so expect them to last considerably less.
