Can a navigation card be replaced on a Mazda CX5?
When they checked my navigation chip, they found additional lines of spurious code. They communicated with Mazda, who recommended that the navigation card be replaced with a new updated navigation chip, covered under warranty.
What’s the problem with my Mazda CX5 radio?
As stated previously, it was a cold weather issue. I called the local Mazda dealer and they stated that there is a patch for this problem with the infotainment system, Patch 59. They will NOT install it on a regular service. You have to specifically ask for it and have the patch installed.
