Re: Civic won’t shift into Reverse (UnrealSpeed) Reverse does not have a synchro but to get to reverse you have to slide over the 4 to 5th synchro. So if that synchro is mushroomed out you will not be able to slide over it and you will not be able to engage reverse. Hope this helps.
