Why is the LED light blinking on my Kia?
If dealers suggest changing the light unit at 1350 eur rather than checking the circuit then it is not surprising that cars and servicing them is so expensive! I have a ’62 Cee’d 4 Tech and several months ago the offside LED light on my car would blink between bright and dim when the headlights were on.

New voltage regulator new fuse panel every ground cleaned throughout the car, took it to the mechanic again they ran 10 gauge wire to the fuse panel from a splitter they put on the positive battery cable.. it *** worked! Did you find the recommended reading relevant to this discussion?

Flashing red light? Is there a flashing red light to tell you the car is locked/alarmed? I thought the little black ball in the centre at the base of the windscreen might be it, but it doesn’t flash. That ball is the sunlight sensor for the climate control. It’s not meant to flash.

What should I do if my brake light is flickering?
Then replace that fuse, pull the SNSR 3 fuse in the engine compartment fuse box, then start up and test the brake again. And the last test is to pull both fuses, then start and test the brake again. If any of those tests stops the flickering, you’re on the right path to diagnosing the actual problem.
