Why is the floor of my Renault Clio II wet?
Although knowing Renault its probably a ‘feature’. Had another look and I think the seal around the windscreen is doggy, and that would explain the floor being wet but I hear like a noise of the water, almost like when you shake a bottle of water when it’s not full like a ‘glug’ sound!!
What’s the problem with my girlfriend’s Renault Clio?
My girlfriend has a Clio 1.2 on a 51 plate with a manual sunroof. She has had a leak which pools in the front nearside headlinigs for some months. It has been in to the garage who replaced the rubber seal, however the problem continued. I scoured the internet to try and find a solution.
How does water get into the passenger footwell?
Hi i think you will find it more likely to be the sunroof here at Betta Windscreens we fix them all the time. How the water gets too the floor without a trace it falls onto the head lining and runs to the sides where it falls on to the 15mm lip on the door seal which covers the end of the headlining.
Is there a water leak in the drivers footwell?
Hello this is my first thread,I’ve had the water in the drivers side front and rear footwells,I took the plastic front off and cleaned out left and right side drainage holes!
How does water get out of drivers footwell in Clio?
I don’t have ramps to put the car on, is there an alternative way of clearing the drains (for me it’s only the drivers side). The centre drain hole in the scuttle box exits through a rubber tube/flap in the bulkhead at the rear of the engine.
Why is the driver’s side of my Clio leaking water?
Can anyone help? My clio sport is leaking a serious amount of water into driver’s side footwell. In heavy rain it was a paddling pool. I’ve no sun roof and checked the pieces of seal at the foot of the front wind screen and these are not sealed completely.
