What to do if your FOB is not working?
*Turn the ignition to the OFF position. *Take the key out of the ignition and check it for operation. If you are doing more than one fob, the ignition must be in the OFF position between programming for each fob. *Turn the ignition to the ON position. Keep the key in the ignition.
How often do you press the unlock button on a key fob?
If you have more than one fob to reprogram, the procedure is the same with the exception of how many times you press the unlock button. If you have two fobs, you press it twice with a one-second interval between pushes. For three fobs, press it three times. You can code up to four fobs.
