My 2004 Honda Pilot has 115k miles, recently I have heard a low vibration or rumbling noise that seems to come from under the car. It almost sounds like driving over a rumble strip, but quieter. It doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the transmission, and I notice it after about 30mph, it lasts for about 3-4 seconds then stops.

What to do when your Honda Pilot shudders?
The only way to get the issue to stop during that driving session, is to stop the vehicle and re-start the engine.
