Is there TSB for water in passenger side footwell?
Turns out there is a TSB for this, I was unable to actually locate the contents and determine whether the fix was replacement or adding something like RTV. Its the black plastic piece that needs to be replaced, part number 8K1819904A . 5 minute job to do.

At the end of the day, dealer called and concluded that: “Water tested vehicle for 20 min. and did not see any water coming in, inspected AC drain and used compressed air to clear hose; a small amount of water began to drip out, drain clog was suspected so removed hose and found no obstructions. Now draining is okay, maybe possible pinch on hose.”
