Why does my processor not reach its Max Turbo?
Ensure the following: Make sure that your system does not have physical constraints that will prevent the processor from reaching its max turbo frequency. Examples of physical constraint of the processor could be power delivery and thermal solution. Make sure your processor thermal cooling solution is appropriate for your system.
Why does a bigger turbo produce more power at the same psi?
Think of the turbo in a different sense. A CT26 is like a straw at 15 psi..blow through a straw at 15 psi, now blow 15 psi through a foot long water hose you’ll get more air. Next try blowing 15 psi through a fire hose and you’ll flow even more air.
When does the CPU reach the Max Turbo Boost frequency?
Whether your CPU is running a single threaded application or your CPU is running flat out and fully loaded, a 4700MQ will be using as much Turbo Boost as possible. It the CPU exceeds the TDP limit, the amount of Turbo Boost is reduced but it is still using as much Turbo Boost as possible.
What’s the max rpm for a turbo engine?
As I understand, turbos will operate anywhere around 100k-200k rpm, but since they are usually limited by what the engine can withstand, I assume these aren’t limitations of the turbo itself. I’ve tried finding information like this, but I’ve no luck as of yet.

Which is bigger turbo a or Turbo B?
Turbo A, a 35mm tubro, can make 10 PSI. Turbo B, a 75mm turbo, can also make 10 PSI. Turbo B, with its much larger compressor, moves more air at 10 PSI than turbo A does. Not exactly sure how that works in great detail though.
What makes more power at the same psi?
PSI is not the same as airflow. A big turbo can move 500 cfm’s at 15psi and a ct26 might move 300 cfm’s at 15psi. CFM=Cubic Feet per Minute. Airflow is what makes power, not boost. Remember, boost is only air that isn’t making it into the engine.
How to enable turbo on Intel Core processor?
Make sure your processor thermal cooling solution is appropriate for your system. Make sure your BIOS is up to date and / or reset BIOS to its default. Make sure the Turbo option (if available in the BIOS) is not disabled. In general, it should be enabled by default. Consult your motherboard/BIOS manufacturer on how to enable Turbo in the BIOS.
