Robert hi. the xk can suffer from issues from re-con system. owners reporting wet glove boxes&foot wells. but I would tend to get it re-gassed then see what happens. joe The wet foot wells etc are down to a blocked drain and does not affect the temperature output of the air con.

What causes the climate control on a Jaguar to reset?
Not sure if this is the answer but the manual suggests that disconnecting the battery will cause the system to reset to an ‘average automatic setting’ (412-04) when power is restored. I have the opposite problem, hardly any warm air to the feet.
