Why does my Honda CRV shudder when I accelerate?
Car is shuddering when I accelerate-first thought it was a particular road but car is doing it on multiple roads now and more frequently–almost like skipping. Recently took my 2015 Honda Cr-v for another attempt to fix the issue. Basically, the vehicle will vibrate harshly and shudder as if it will stall with the rpm’s dropping to 300-500.

The contest ends on June 30th, so don’t delay! My wife’s 2006 CRV gets the shakes sometimes when the speed hovers at or just above 40 mph. It feels like you’re riding over rumble strips on the road. That’s the biggest thing for Honda shuddering, getting old fluid out and adding lubegaurd red. 216k miles on mine and still perfect.
