They work great but the high beam indicator light doesn’t work now nor do the lights auto shut off anymore when you get out of the truck. I put the original halogen light back in the passenger side and the high beam indicator light works.

If it’s just a bunch of wires you’re moving with no connectors then you could have a wire broken internally inside the insulation. Probably connector needs cleaning but might be a faulty bulb. If all else fails, it a malfunctioning switch, pretty easy to replace. Word of advice if it is the switch, replace – don’t try to repair. replace the bulbs first. Or you can get a DVM and check your voltage to verify you are getting voltage to the socket. I used to see them all the time with both low beams not working and it was the bulbs.
Is there a problem with the headlight relay?
If that works then your problem is on the control side of the relay. if jumping the relay doesn’t make the lights come on then you have a wire problem between the relay and the headlight. I would bet on it being in the HI / low switch in stearing colum. I found my problem today.

My 2005 Hyundai Accent low beams are not working. The high beams only work if I pull the turn signal light multi-switch back but the high beams do not work if I put them in full-time high beam. I checked the voltage at the headlight bulb when on low beam and all 3 connections read high, just like the original poster.
My low beams suddenly stopped working. All the fuses are good. I swapped the relay and that was not the problem. The bulbs have less than 100 hours on them. I have read about similar problems. A headlight should not be loose, so make sure they are both sitting solidly in the sockets. Intermittent connection is generally an electrical issue, so trace the wires back to ensure that they are all solidly connected. You may have a wire that is not completely connected and is being moved around as the car moves.
When the low beams stop working (or work intermittently), your only options are to either a) drive with your high beams on (something that might incite a case of road rage) or b) drive without lights at all. Of course, option “C” is to get them working again.
