The blower motor relay could be possibly bad. Relay is located at the fuse block on driver-side, remove plastic door on top of hood release latch. Switch relay with another relay and see if it works. Since my car manual did not show a way to test the resistor, I decided to replace the resistor and that fixed the problem.

How to remove the motor from a K12 heater?
It is possible to release it by pushing a tab on the side of the motor unit and twisting it to realease it from it’s ‘bayonet’ fitting (bit like a lightbulb)…easy! The electrical connector releases by easing a plastic clip feature and pivoting it out on the post it is mounted on, not difficult!
