Where is the download button on Sky Go?
Downloadable movies and shows can be found in the ‘On Demand’ section of the app. Just look for the ‘Download’ button when you visit a programme or season details page to see if that programme can be downloaded. Not all programmes are available to download and what you can download depends on your Sky TV subscription.
How do you download Programmes on Sky Go app?
Step 1: Open the Sky Go app and select the movie you want to download. Step 2: Find the download button and choose the option to “Download to phone/tablet” (depending on the device you’re using). Step 3: Wait for your film to finish downloading.

Why can’t I download on Sky catch up?
If you have a working broadband connection and your download is stuck at 1%, try pausing then resuming your download: Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Recordings. Select Manage then Downloading and then select Pause queue. To resume downloading, select Resume queue.
Why can you only download some shows on Sky Go?
Any shows made available via My5 are subject to licensing agreements, or rights, which affect things such as the ways you can watch content on various devices. Shows unavailable for offline viewing via Sky Go Extra will have been subject to certain rights restrictions from the licensors.

Try turning both your Sky box and your router off at the plug. Wait 30 seconds before restarting your router and a further 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box. Then see if they connect.
