Where are the radar sensors on a Mercedes?
The radar sensors are behind the bumper. They are not the same as the parking assist (ultrasonic) round sensor you see. When a car is detected, the Blind Spot Assist will warn the driver via the triangle in the side mirror.

Is the fuse for the mirror fold motor good?
But a faulty mirror fold motor is not. I took a look in my WIS at the fusing on your car. The mirror controls are not individually fused, but the unit ( N69/1 left door control module) that drives the left mirror motors is fused by f13 (25A). N69/1 also controls the left power window motors etc, so if those are working OK the fuse is good.
