Today I replaced the multifunction switch, removed all LED bulbs and replaced with the standard bulbs and reinstalled the OEM flasher relay into the new multifunction switch. Still no turn signals, hazards or brake lights. The standard bulbs and OEM relay all worked just fine before switching to the LED bulbs.

With NEW MFS and OEM flasher relay, the brake lights DO work, but the turn signals and hazards do not. So the issue is now limited to turn signals and hazards. I removed the stock rear housings, cleaned the screws for proper ground and thoroughly cleaned the socket terminals for good contact. #13 fuse is still good.
