Checked fuse underneath steering column (is there another somewhere) read manual and is says there is a auto shut off if the wipers are stuck (iced) to to the screen, any ideas where this is as it may need resetting. My drains were also fully blocked, but I cleared them a month ago. Maybe the water caused this problem to my wipers.
