What to do if your RTV 900 wont move?

I have a 2007 RTV 900 that the transmission will not move, I checked the charge pressure and its within range of 75-105 PSI, I then check the high pressure and only have 1,000psi which is low, took out the check valves and there is no visible damage to them. Any idea what to look for next?
