1. Measure the resistance from terminal E20 to ground. I removed the actuator last week and measured its resistance and it was 7 Ohms. I expect a measurement slightly more than this. 2. Measure the resistance from terminal E13 to ground while pressing the Tailgate Outer Handle Switch.
