What kind of window switch does a Hyundai Santa Fe use?

Why is my power window on my Hyundai Santa Fe not working?
Your Hyundai Santa Fe’s power window motors can and do fail over time. You’ll have to take the door panel off to get to it. A lot of them are riveted in, so be prepared to deal with that. If you’ve verified that it is getting power with a voltmeter, but it is not working, it’s time to get a new one.
What to do if your Santa Fe window won’t go up?
Looking to see if your Santa Fe blew a fuse is a great place to start. This is particularly true if the window does not seem to have been struggling before it failed to go up. If all of the windows don’t work, that is going to be a fuse or window relay that has gone bad. You’ll need to locate the fuse box, and then the power window fuse.

How does the power window work on a Hyundai Santa Fe?
The power windows in the rear (both sides) go up and down using the controls on the respective doors but not if I use the driver’s controls. The driver’s control will only operate the driver’s window and it will put up the rear passenger window (but won’t put it down). The front passenger window doesn’t operate at all using any of the controls.

Is the Hyundai Santa Fe a good car?
I have 191,000 miles on my 2002 Santa Fe. This is by far the best, most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Only complaint is that this vehicle has an issue with every belt. The timing belt had been replaced 2x and I often had to have other belts replaced or tightened.
