I test drove a 2006 dodge charger brand new and the drive shaft was bad it had the same vibration. The guys at the shop could not believe it. I live in Canada but have the same problem with a 2005 Grand Cherokee. Have had drive shaft replaced, wheels balances, tranny rebuilt and various other tests.

If I accelerate fast I do not get a vibration. Also the vibration will stop once I left off the gas and the car will coast smoothly.
