Purchased a second hand laptop with the correct spec for the install – however after starting to load I get the message ‘ VIDA installation in progress . Please wait until the installation is completed. I am aware that it should take between 30 mins and 1 hr to install – mine just seems to sit there for 2 hrs+ .
