What is tricat vaccine?
Injectable live vaccine for cats containing attenuated feline panleucopaenia virus (MW-1), feline herpesvirus and feline calicivirus. A live attenuated freeze dried vaccine containing feline herpes virus type 1 (rhinotracheitis), feline calicivirus and feline panleucopaenia virus (MW-1).
How long does the tricat vaccine last?
The duration of immunity is 1 year for the FCV and FVR components; 3 years for the FPLV component.
How often is tricat given?
Cats/Kittens Nobivac Tricat is given at one year of age, then every three years thereafter – in between years, a Nobivac Ducat is administered. Note that most boarding catteries require that cats be vaccinated every 12 months.

So there would be no increased risk of adverse effects when vaccinating pregnant cats who have been previously immunized by prior vaccination or infection with panleukopenia. The modified live virus in the vaccine will be blocked by her immunity and the kittens will be protected. So, definitely go ahead and vaccinate!
