What is the trouble code on a Subaru p2762?

Hi everyone. I have a 2011 Subaru outback and have been getting the codes P2762 and P2764 which seems to indicate that because I am getting both codes that the Torque Converter Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Control Circuit is bad.
What is the p2764 code for the Check Engine light?

What’s the CVT code on a Subaru Outback?
I got the 2763 code for a “high” solenoid and when I pulled it and tested it I got a 68.5 when it should be 12. New valve body tested at 12 and all other solenoids on both were normal. I’ve got the 2763 code and replaced the valve body. Am adding new CVT fluid to it tomorrow. Did you folks have to take car to dealer for a “relearn” on the CVT?
