What is the difference between the Sena 30k and the Harley?

1 Follow instructions on the [Device Recognition] page and try again. 2 If still fails, close and restart the manager and try again. 3 If still fails, send email to Technical Support ([email protected]) with diagnostic logs which are created right before and right after pressing the [NEXT >] button at the [Device recognition] page.

Why is Sena not recognizing my USB cable?
I already called Sena, sent diagnostic logs and they say it’s my USB cable….whatever! I’m using the one that came with the device. So, they send me a new one and I’m still getting the same error message.
