SE never changed how to log in,it’s still awkward to set it up. Create a SQUARE ENIX account (not the square enix store) and go to Square Enix account management site. From there u can register a Playonline ID with your FFXI steam keys, your IDs will be listed under the PlayOnline section in your Square Enix account.
