Intal is a prescription medicine used to treat the symptoms of Asthma and as a prophylaxis to exercise or allergy induced Bronchospasm. Intal may be used alone or with other medications. Intal belongs to a class of drugs called Mast Cell Stabilizers.

The Intal Inhaler brand name has been discontinued in the U.S. If generic versions of this product have been approved by the FDA, there may be generic equivalents available.
