I’m just curious if anyone knows what it does and why it may have failed. Backstory: about 3 weeks ago, got in the Jeep and turned the key only to have the Jeep crank but not fire.

Is it possible to replace a win module?
If the fobik and pcm are not being changed it seems like a replacement WIN module is possible without special dealer-only programming or flashing tools. The dealers are charging $800 to replace a WIN but I am guessing this is due to the complex troubleshooting involved plus R&R labor. I’ve learned elsewhere the answer is NO.
