Why is the coolant coming out of my GTO?

On my GTO, the radiator was cracked (POS plastic end caps, wtf) and it didn’t really show any physical signs of coolant leaking, but my level would get much lower, pretty quickly. After while, I guess it got big enough to start overheating (that and the loss of coolant), so finally figured out what was going on.

The only thing I can figure is it is seaping out the waterpump and drying on the warm engine. I can’t really smell anything though. Any help appreciated.

Why is the water coming out of the hood of my Jeep?

It’s possible if there is not much pressure in the system (if the cap were not sealing), the water part is boiling out (will boil at 212 F sea level ambient pressure) or more specifically evaporating into the air). I would *think* you’d notice some evidence on the underside of the hood though, but who knows.
