Is Vollrath made in China?
Vollrath Wear-Ever Vollrath is a Wisconsin-based manufacturer that makes dozens of kitchen products, many of them in China. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that their Wear-Ever line of aluminum cookware is still made here in the USA.

Is Ameriware cookware safe?
They are hands down the best investment we made as newlyweds. You can clean them with one dry paper towel, they are oven safe, and cook evenly. The impact slightly dented the side, but has not impacted cooking or cleaning.
What offset spatula?
An offset spatula has a long narrow flexible metal blade with a rounded end and either a plastic or wooden handle to hold on to. The long blade makes it easy to smooth cake batter into the corners of a baking pan and loosen the cake from the sides of the pan after it bakes.
