Parking meter enforcement, previously from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, now extends to 8 p.m. on those days (parking on Sundays and holidays remains free). Additionally, the newly installed “smart” parking meters allow users to pay with a credit or debit card, mobile app or coins.
