I have a 2000 model KW 900, air flow out the vents is very little, cleaned the filter & pulled out the blower & cleaned the heater core the best I could, no better. You can hear it make a noise when you switch from floor to vents like something is opening & closing but doesn’t blow out floor vents very good either.
