Is the GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax power steering pump good?
This pump is a direct fit replacement for the original on my 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax. It developed a whine almost as bad as the pump it replaced within minutes of first use. So although it fits great I can’t recommend using it. Per Amazon I was purchasing the last power steering pump in inventory and I was shipped a kids toy, see picture.
Why does my master brake leak power steering fluid?
When I step on the brake my truck leaks PS fluid out the bottom of the master brake cylinder. Is it a seal or do I have to replace the whole unit. Just wondering if this happened to anyone Also why is there power steering fluid in the brake cylinder. Im not sure how that works. Castor, AB.
