Is the Cosmelan peel worth it?
This is a great peel with excellent results. I’ve attached my before and after photos one month apart. However, there is a lot of downtime. I aggressively peeled for a month after the in-office peel and was really red.

Does melasma come back after Cosmelan peel?
Cosmelan is a good treatment for Melasma. We have had great success in getting melasma fade away even in most severe cases. But the only downside is that, it will come back when treatment is stopped.
Which is better Cosmelan or Dermamelan?
Generally, Cosmelan is a milder treatment to Dermamelan used for less severe pigmentation or for a general rejuvenating effect. Dermamelan is used for more severe pigmentation.
Does Cosmelan have hydroquinone?

Can you moisturise after Cosmelan?
