Karen’s like my 13 Chevy Malibu LT is getting worse. Every time I come to a stop I have to put in neutral so it won’t stall out and last night it stalled out on my keeping in neutral at a stop 3 times within 1 mile!

Why does my car stall at a stoplight?

What’s the problem with my 2002 Chevy Malibu?
GuruWTZJ6, I am having the same stalling problem with my 2002 Chevy Malibu. I just had it in the shop with my local mechanic and they cold not get it to duplicate in the 3 days that they had the car. Which computer did you change? The ECM? I have had the ECM reprogrammed a couple of months ago for a different reason.

Why is the MAP sensor not working on my Malibu?
A code for the MAP sensor may very well be due to loose intake manifold bolts. 1 people found this helpful. GuruC7M3M…which computer? Having the same problems with my ’13 Malibu, two shops ( Tech guru all the mechanics here go to, and dealership).
