We bought it used about a year ago, with 181k miles on it. Now it has 185k. It is a super fun car in the summer, to take the top and doors off is awesome.

Why is my 1992 Jeep Wrangler losing oil?
There is a slow oil leak at the rear main seal that causes it to slowly lose oil while you drive. You have to check the oil every time you fill up, because there isn’t a low oil sensor. Replacing the seal would require a $10 seal, but to install it you would have to drop the transmission. We’re in about $2,000 in repairs to the car.
