I’ve seen people push up to 18 psi through a TD04, but I wouldn’t go over 15-16… not because it’ll puke, but it pretty much becomes a useless hairdryer at that rate. It just runs out of breath and can’t move enough air to be efficient. Honestly it will make power up to around 24PSI.
