What’s the engine rpm on a commander Max?
I bought a Commander Max a few weeks ago and have had it out twice so far and the engine rpm’s seem to be a bit on the high side for the speed we are traveling (5000 rpm at about 25 mph) is this common? I have tried both keys and switched between sport and eco mode and it does’t seem to make a difference.

About the rotax engines in the atv’s they are good but the only thing to look for when the miles add on is the timing chains.For the rest they are reliable.My 2006 800cc had 46400 kil. when I sold it and now my 2009 800r has 30000 kil. and did the timing chain job at around 23000 kil.But maintenance is the secret .
